We aim to inspire the next generation of girls and women in FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). 

Currently, there is a disproportionate percentage of girls in FIRST and STEM. This continues into the industry - women are only 34% of the STEM workforce today. 

We use social media as our platform to spread awareness of this very important issue. This way, we can reach a lot of people around the world.
